MEET THE COMEDIANS
HOSTED BY LUKA MULLER
Luka Muller has been a fixture on the Australian comedy scene for around a decade now. He has sold out shows at festivals all over the country, as well as at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and Wellington Fringe, and has headlined shows in London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Singapore & Kuala Lumpur. He co-hosts Breakfast on triple j alongside Concetta Caristo & has been seen & heard on Channel 9, ABC TV, SBS, the BBC & more. The Age once described him as “quality… like jazz” and Chortle said he is “charming, easy-going company, marking him out as a comic on the rise” which is very nice of them.
BEN KOCHAN
Ben Kochan is a stand-up comedian and writer. He's written for shows like Guy Montgomerry’s Guy Mont-Spelling Bee, The Hundred with Andy Lee and The Sam Pang Show. He also has a stand up special on ABC iView called No Coffee No Workee and has opened for Tom Gleeson, Dave Hughes and Wil Anderson.
CHRIS RYAN
Chris Ryan’s hard truths and relatable cynicism, paired with a raw, genuine vulnerability have become her signature take on the hilarious absurdities of life. Touring the biggest comedy and arts festivals in Australia, Chris has had a meteoric rise in the past five years, cementing her as a household name in Australian comedy.
DAN RATH
Dan Rath is a multi-award winning, internationally touring Australian comedian with enough parking ticket debt to cripple a small European country. His breakout solo hour, Tropical Depression (2025) won the Best of the Fest Award at Sydney Comedy Festival and Director’s Choice at Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Later that year, Dan was named a New Face of Comedy at JFL Montreal. He has gone on to perform headline shows to packed rooms at Edinburgh Fringe, Soho Theatre London and clubs around Europe. Dan’s debut special, I’m Not Doing Well Folks (2024), was released by 800 Pound Gorilla. He is the co-host of cult-hit comedy podcast Neurotic News, alongside Damien Power. “His mind works like no other” ★★★★★ – Chortle
JO GOWDA
Jo Gowda is an Indian-born, Australia comedian who has mastered the art of turning cultural confusion into comedy gold. With a sharp tongue and unfiltered perspective, she digs into everything from nosy relatives to marriage disasters, immigration realities, and the joy of being misunderstood in two countries at once.
