Join us for a calming sound bath attuned to the quiet power of the Crescent Moon—a time to pause, turn inward, and plant the first subtle seeds of intention. Held within the immersive atmosphere of the Ahead of the Curve: Modern Quilt art exhibition, this session invites you to rest deeply while letting the space itself become part of your sensory experience.
The soft tones of crystal bowls will support your nervous system in slowing down, while gentle guidance helps you clarify what you’re ready to welcome in. Inspired by the curves, textures, and exploration of this exhibition, we will use this time to reset and align with the energy of quiet beginnings and inspired adventure
This experience is inclusive, accessible, and open to all—no prior experience needed. Seating will be arranged in the gallery (chairs provided), and the session will be supported by Bernice Holly, a Crystal Bowl Energy Healer and Facilitator
